TIPS AND PRODUCTS THAT HELPED ME RECOVER MY SKIN
As I told you in my IG stories, after several days of vacation, in which I went out of my daily routine and ate without restrictions, my skin began to react and looked lifeless, dull and with some breakouts. Below I share some tips and the products I used to recover and revitalize my skin:
TIPS:
1. Increase water consumption. If you find it difficult to drink enough water during the day, I recommend carrying a thermos with you everywhere, when you have water nearby you will always be aware of drinking it. Likewise, they can add chlorophyll to maximize the benefits. Below I show you the one I use.
2. Eliminate the consumption of packaged products. Packaged foods contain large amounts of sodium which affects our skin negatively. There is nothing better than whole foods , which have not been processed.
3. Increase healthy fats. Good fats are the vehicle for our hormones to work well. Avocado, salmon, nuts, are perfect examples of foods with healthy fats.
