There is nothing more rewarding than knowing that our kids are being well fed. However, it’s sometimes a bit difficult to make a 5 star meal every morning, afternoon and evening.
That’s why I’m sharing with you this healthy and easy to make recipe. This meal meets all the requirements for a nutritious and balanced breakfast, light lunch or dinner. Plus they’re gonna love it! This recipe is a coconut and banana milkshake, accompanied by avocado toast and eggs. This means we’re including fruit, good fats, carbohydrates and protein.
For the smoothie you’ll need:
- Coconut milk
- 1 Banana
- Liquid stevia to taste
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend till smooth.
The toast recipe is very simple too. You only need:
- Whole wheat bread
- Half an avocado
- 1 egg.
Put the bread in the toaster and fry the eggs with olive oil, or butter and a little bit of salt.
Once the bread is ready, mash the avocado with a fork and spread on the toast. Add the fried egg on top and voila!
This is an easy to make, easy to eat meal for your children. Plus it contains healthy ingredients that make this cuisine as enjoyable as any sugary snack.
