At some point in my life I tried to replace my morning coffee with matcha because it has multiple benefits and also gives me a lot of energy, but in the end I stuck with my coffee hahaha.

I think that this tea is like an experience for me and I like to drink it better mid-morning or mid-afternoon with a snack.

I also recommend them when you are taking care of yourself and want to eat a dessert, because the way I prepare it is super healthy, satisfying and tastes like a dessert.

You will need:

  • A cup of vegetable milk (almond or oat)
  • One teaspoon of matcha tea powder
  • Stevia or honey
  • Vanilla

The first thing you are going to do is heat the milk, then in the cup where you are going to serve the tea, add the sweetener of your preference, be it honey or liquid stevia.

You are going to put the hot milk into the blender so that it foams up and turns out delicious. This is the time to add the vanilla essence to the milk when you have it in the blender. Once you have the milk hot and foamy, you pour it into the cup where you already have your matcha mixture prepared and stir it with a spoon.
