Hellooo!!!

Today's recipe is one of my favorite breakfasts, I love it because it seems like you were eating a dessert. One of the benefits of this breakfast is that it gives me energy to continue with my day and also that it has fiber from the almond butter and seeds in the bread.

This is a super easy and quick recipe, just the way I like it, ON THE GO!!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 beagle type bread
  • ½ banana
  • almond butter

PREPARATION:

You must cut the bread in half and put it in the toaster (if you don't have one, you can put it in a frying pan or sandwich box).

Then, when they are toasted, you are going to put almond butter (my favorite) and after that, you are going to cut your banana into thin slices and put them on top of the bread and butter.

VOILÀ!

A delicious, sweet breakfast, rich in fiber and potassium, best of all, gives you energy to carry out your entire routine.
