You can't imagine how much I love cocoa in all its presentations. Although my skin reflects it every time I eat it, because I always tend to break out a little when I consume it. Yes I know! Too bad for me but hey, it also has many benefits if we eat it in a healthy way, that is, without sugar and without dairy. Chocolate raises serotonin, the happiness hormone, so it is okay to implement it in our diet from time to time.

For these keto brownies you will need

  • 4 tablespoons of almond or cashew butter, you could even use peanut butter.
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Stevia or honey to taste
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A splash of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 45 g sugar-free dark chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 180 F. for 10 to 15 minutes.

In a pot, melt the chocolate with the almond milk, stir, adding the milk little by little so that the mixture is not too liquid. To that same mixture they add vanilla and stevia, in my case I like them sweet so I add a lot hahaha.

Then add this mixture with the other ingredients to the blender and that's it. This mixture should not be too liquid, remember that they are yummy fudgy brownies.

They transfer it to a container compatible with the oven and if you want them even more chocolaty and soft, you can add pieces of broken chocolate and sugar-free arequipe, with a spoon they put it into the mixture so that it is incorporated with it.
