Today's recipe I know that many will love it, because it is not mayonnaise but it tastes almost the same, it is very low in fat, it is vegan and it is full of vegetable protein. It is used for salads, sandwiches, wraps, to add to other sauces so that they taste richer and are thicker, it is actually wow! Since I made it I haven't stopped using it in the kitchen, it makes everything taste better and gets us out of trouble.
You only need 4 ingredients
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Tofu
I almost always keep garlic paste in my refrigerator because it simplifies my cooking time since I don't have to chop the garlic every time I'm going to cook with it. If you don't have the garlic paste prepared, it doesn't matter, it's super easy to make, suddenly you get excited and leave it in your refrigerator. You only need garlic and olive oil, add the peeled garlic to the blender with olive oil and that's it.
If you don't want to make it, add to the blender:
300 grams of extra firm tofu
1 garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Voila vegan mayonnaise ready. You can store it in a glass jar in the refrigerator and it lasts a long time.
