Today I want to share with you the recipe for one of my favorite breakfasts, I love it because it tastes like dessert, it is supremely healthy, delicious and super easy and quick to prepare.
One of the benefits that I find when I eat it is that my intestinal tract improves significantly since it has a lot of fiber from the fruit and oats.
  • You will need
  • Oat flakes
  • Natural liquid stevia or honey.
  • Squared apple
  • Cinnamon chips and powder
  • Unsweetened almond milk or vegetable milk of your choice
  • Vanilla
  • Salt

First you must boil water and add the cinnamon stick, the chopped apple, along with the stevia. You wait until it is cooked and then add it as a topping. If you have boiled water left from the cooked apple, save it, you can use it to cook the oatmeal and it will be even tastier.

To prepare the oats, start by adding approximately 3 tablespoons of flaked oats, a pinch of salt and a little water or you can use the water from the boiled apple, it will have a great flavor. Once it starts to boil, you add the vegetable milk and mix, when it has reached consistency, you add vanilla essence and liquid stevia or honey. Personally, I like it to be consistent and not so liquid, so I leave it on the heat for a little longer.

Once it is ready, you serve it in a bowl and add the toppings you want on top, including the apple with cinnamon that we prepared previously or it can also be crushed almonds, blueberries or another fruit, the list goes on!
